    Cry, Moab, cry out!
Announce at the Arnon River
    that Moab is destroyed.
²¹ People on the high plain have been punished.
    Judgment has come to these towns:
    Holon, Jahzah and Mephaath;
²²     Dibon, Nebo and Beth Diblathaim;
